History of Wigton School 1815 to 1915

With lists of teachers & scholars. Published by the Wigton Old Scholars' Association 1916. Wigton School was founded in 1815, and the Old Scholars' Association decided to commemorate the Centenary of its foundation by publishing a History of the School. No one person was found able and willing to undertake the work as a whole, and it was decided to entrust it to several members of the Association.
